CPI has researched and developed its products over a seventeen year period, testing more than 1000 different formulae in the laboratory and in the field.

The products were developed to preserve and protect concrete surfaces from ion intrusion, carbonation and salt spray attack.

The deterioration of concrete structures is an immense problem.

ISIS Canada, (The Canadian Network of Centers of Excellence Structures), has stated that 40% of the bridges in use in Canada were built over thirty years ago; most of them are in need of replacement due to the deterioration caused by iron intrusion, carbonization and salt damage.

Each of the four formulae will provide protection against iron intrusion, carbonation and chloride contamination, thus extending the life of the concrete structures.

CPI products penetrate and bond with the concrete to provide total protection in all types of weather conditions.

The more severe the weather conditions, the more dramatic the benefits.
